Job Title: Captain for Boat Operations

Position Overview:

Are you an experienced and skilled Captain looking for a unique opportunity to helm a private boat for a wonderful family? We are seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Captain to join our family and oversee the operation of our cherished vessel. As our Private Captain, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our family and guests during leisurely excursions on the water.

Responsibilities:

• Safely navigate our boat in coastal waters of Florida Keys, and other designated areas around Bahamas.

• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vessel, including regular inspections and maintenance tasks.

• Plan and execute enjoyable outings, including sightseeing tours, and special events.

• Provide exceptional hospitality to our family and guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience onboard.

• Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols at all times.

• Assist with docking, anchoring, and other onboard tasks as needed.

• Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere onboard, catering to the preferences and needs of our family members and guests.

Qualifications:

• Valid Captain's license with relevant endorsements and certifications.

• Proven experience as a Captain, preferably with experience in private or luxury boat operations.

• Excellent navigational skills and knowledge of local waterways.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on hospitality and guest service.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

• Flexibility to accommodate the schedules and preferences of our family members and guests.

• Respect for privacy and confidentiality, with the ability to maintain discretion at all times.
